Modelling of wetting patterns for surface drip irrigation in dense clay soil

The proportion of agricultural water consumption is continuously decreasing due to increased competition for resources by urban, industrial, and users. Drip irrigation more efficient in terms energy utilization. These considerations are critical view the ongoing struggle among various consumers scarcity. Some most criteria effective design maintenance drip systems shape size volume wet soil beneath emitter. Hence several statistical models were constructed this research estimate dimensions wetting patterns, which designing an optimal system. Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE), coefficient correlation (CC), root mean square error (RMSE) used assess models' performance. results showed that Polynomial model was accurate horizontal advance, with 0.94, 0.93, 1.33 (cm) values CC, NSE, RMSE, respectively. For vertical logarithmic 0.96, 0.72 RMSE. Thus, absence a pattern under identical conditions, these can be utilized generate synthetic advances data.
